Addison Lee joins KDS’s Neo door-to-door corporate travel booking platform

Door-to-door corporate travel and expense management technology provider KDS has signed a deal to bring private hire firm Addison Lee’s services into its Neo software. The integration means Addison Lee, which operates over 4,800 taxis and chauffeured cars, can be booked by users on the Neo platform.

Door-to-door corporate travel and expense management technology provider KDS has signed a deal to bring Addison Lee’s services into its Neo software.

The integration means Addison Lee, which operates over 4,800 private hire vehicles and chauffeured cars, can be booked by users on the Neo platform.

The technology creates bookable itineraries integrating flights and hotels with public transport options, as well as other alternative travel options.

Peter Boucher, chief commercial officer for Addison Lee, said: “Providing a seamless customer experience for our passengers is at the heart of what we do at Addison Lee and this is why we are really excited to be partnering with KDS.

“This is an important partnership for expense and we expect this to be of huge benefit to our customers.

“As part of our ongoing growth strategy at Addison Lee we are always looking for additional ways to compliment our high quality service, our partnership with KDS is an ideal way to offer the ultimate user experience.”

The KDS Neo technology allows travel to be booked according to corporate policies and automatically adds elements and itinerary details to an expense report.

KDS says it means that corporates have access in advance to planned travel expenses, as well as historical cost data for planning and budgeting purposes.

Addison Lee is the latest partner to join the KDS Content Hub; a plug and play content platform for suppliers to easily distribute their service inventory within KDS Neo.
