The Q-Pulse safety and quality management software is being used to control the increasing complexities of managing differing regulatory and operator document approvals, particularly those related to European Aviation Safety Agency requirements.

Andrew Gardner, manager quality assurance – maintenance at Bahrain Airport Services, said: “Without controlled documentation, you can’t operate effectively, so an efficient means of managing documents is essential.

“Auditing is becoming increasingly complex and the ability to adequately control this as well as to tightly manage findings is imperative.

“The audit and CA/PA capability in Q-Pulse gives us the tools to audit to different standards, and this suits our business and operational requirements exactly.

“It is difficult to be precise but in terms of measuring the speed we are able to accurately input and retrieve information, I would say we have increased the volume of business by 30%.”
