New TrustYou review product aims to increase Google visibility

Online reputation management platform TrustYou has released a new product aimed at helping hotels gain more reviews and enhance the content of them.

TrustYou Stars works to seamlessly push guest satisfaction survey reviews to Google.

These reviews are also incorporated into TrustYou’s TrustScores and Meta-Review summaries, which appear on hundreds of sites including Google, Trivago, KAYAK, Skyscanner, Wego and the Sabre GDS.

TrustYou claims hotels that are already using TrustYou Stars have seen promising results – Ayres Hotels saw a 4% increase in its TrustScore and a 3,000% increase in the volume of its Google reviews.

Chief executive and co-founder of TrustYou, Benjamin Jost, said: “Our newly developed product, TrustYou Stars, gives hotels the possibility to create more review content and thus more visibility on Google.

“It works beautifully together with our reputation management platforms, TrustYou Analytics, Radar and Meta-Reviews.”
