Three more travel groups have signed up to the Feefo review platform.

The firm has announced deals with the Specialist Holidays Group, Celebrity Cruises and travel agency Travel Bureau.

The Feefo platform will allow the firms to collect and respond to reviews from genuine customers.

Andrew Mabbutt, chief executive of Feefo, said: “I am thrilled that Specialist Holidays Group, Celebrity Cruises and Travel Bureau have signed up as new Feefo travel merchants.

We know that genuine customer ratings and reviews make a tangible difference to travel businesses success, and we’re looking forward to being a part of that success story.

“We have an unsurpassed reputation for delivering genuine customer feedback to our merchants and are delighted that they have chosen Feefo as their ratings and review platform, and that they join a growing band of travel companies trusting their feedback to us.”

Feefo began targeting travel for growth five years ago amid controversy about fake reviews on leading platforms like TripAdvisor.

Since then it has grown quickly and now works with some of the leading brands in travel including Expedia and other retailers like Hiscox, TK Maxx and The White Company.

The firm says 93% of global travellers say their booking decisions are impacted by online reviews with 70% looking at up to 20 reviews in the planning phase.

The firm has recently launched video reviews.
