Skyscanner unveils car rental tie up with Brazilian OTA
Skyscanner has partnered with Brazil-based metasearch site Mundi.com.br to offer car rental search to its users.
The new partnership will give Mundi’s users a tool to compare and book car rental, including 30,000 pick-up locations across 175 countries.
Ana Araujo, Mundi´s chief executive, said: “To kick off our new product strategy for 2016 we added a car rentals category to Mundi.
“Our goal is to provide our customers with as many options as possible to help them find the best trips at the best price.”
The new search tool was developed by Skyscanner for Business, an independent unit within Skyscanner, through its recently launched car rental White Label product.
This offers users features including visibility on free cancellations and mileage limits.
The Skyscanner White Label allows for full language translation, including its latest addition, Arabic.
