Authenticated reviews platform Feefo has introduced video reviews “as a standard service”.
The brand describes video reviews as “a fundamental part of the customer shopping and business feedback experience”.
Feefo, which counts Expedia and The Travel Network Group among its clients, hopes to offer a more “spontaneous and convenient” way for customers to leave feedback, in a field where being able to capture the customer voice in an interactive way is seen as important.
The firm cited research from social media software company StoryBox which found that up to 85% of users are more likely to purchase a product after watching a product related video content.
Feefo also believes video reviews enhance the customer experience, have a positive impact on search engine optimisation and increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
