TUI-owned accommodation supplier Hotelbeds has relaunched its hotel partner portal.
MaxiRoom is described as being a “faster, smarter and easier to use” extranet, designed to drive maximum occupancy through the bedbank’s distribution channels.
Features of the new portal include a global dashboard providing Hotelbeds’ partners with a complete overview of all their inventory, as well as the ability to make instant adjustments to the presentation of products.
Other functionalities include a fully interactive calendar, an ‘intuitive’ content manager, a mass update tool for use across multiple rate and room types and ‘intelligent’ alerts which inform users of any sold dates, missing descriptions or images.
There is also a tool which allows hoteliers to directly and dynamically launch their own offers.
In addition to these functionalities, MaxiRoom provides a snapshot view of how the user’s hotel is performing in a range of aspects against their local competitors.

The unveiling of Maxiroom follows the launch in World Travel Market of APItude, Hotelbeds’ new hotel distribution API.
