“Simplenight makes it easy for any travel provider to offer their customers professional drivers to and from airports, hotels, meetings and attractions.

Blacklane provides professional drivers in 50 countries. All drivers are licensed and customers receive 24/7 phone and online customer service.

The Simplenight platform will display Blacklane rides in multiple languages and allow customers to pay on any device.

Mark Halberstein, chief executive of Simplenight, said: “We look forward to introducing Blacklane’s global network of transportation providers onto our Global Experience Platform and distributing a wider selection of content to our rapidly growing customer base.”
