In-flight amenity information is being made available in Egencia’s TripNavigator app following a deal with content provide Routehappy.

This comes as a study by Expedia’s business travel arm found that travellers deem Wi-Fi twice as important (67%) as free breakfast (32%) and hotspots are now more important than parking spots.

Once a flight is booked, information from Routehappy integrates into the Egencia itinerary, providing details on personalised flight amenities in the trips section of the app.

Egencia president, Rob Greyber, said: “Egencia TripNavigator enables our travellers to stay on top of their itinerary from anywhere in the world, across their entire trip.

“By partnering with Routehappy, we are able to take that hospitality to another level and put concierge-level service at traveller’s fingertips.”
