Singapore-based low-cost airline Scoot has appointed Holiday Taxis’ Group ground transportation platform Conxxe as its exclusive ground transportation provider.
The Holiday Taxis / Conxxe group already powers ground transportation solutions for airlines including easyJet, British Airways and Thai Airways.
Scoot passengers can now book their airport transfers via Scoot’s website, mobile and email communications.
Scoot runs a fleet of nine Boeing 787 Dreamliners on an Asia-Pacific network that spans 17 cities in eight countries.
The carrier’s head of commercial, Steven Greenway, said: “This partnership with Conxxe will allow Scoot’s guests to conveniently add on ground transfer options to their itineraries, complementing our wide coverage of accommodation options and ensuring our guests enjoy a truly seamless journey beyond the airport.”
Conxxe deputy chief executive, Ian Coyle, said: “We truly believe that by offering our ground transportation solutions as part of their ancillary product range, Scoot will see a strong increase in customer satisfaction and repeat business.”
