Customer acquisition, client retention and company reputation through the power of social media are to be the focus of next month’s Hays Travel Independence Group overseas conference.
Technology will take centre stage at the event which is being held at the Tivoli Victoria hotel in Vilamoura, Portugal from November 21-24.
Speakers include Nick Drake-Knight, a specialist on customer service excellence, and Ben Clarke-Smith, from global ratings and reviews provider Feefo.
A live case study with Simon Jones from social media agency Digital Visitor has also been organised.
Contributions from the Hays Travel management team are planned throughout the event, including from managing director, John Hays, and ex-Abta chairman, John McEwan.
