The Travel Network Group adopts Feefo’s platform

The Travel Network Group is to work with with ratings and reviews provider Feefo to generate feedback from in-store and online customers.

The aim is to enhance the consortium’s online presence while gaining an insight into customer behaviour during the decision making process together with flight, transfers, accommodation and resort experiences.

Feefo chief commercial officer, Matt Eames, added: “The travel industry has adopted Feefo as the de facto platform for generating genuine, reliable and valuable insights in to customer experiences and we look forward to offering our services to more independent operators through The Travel Network Group.”
