B2B hotel distribution technology provider Travelport Hotelzon has expanded into Holland.

B2B hotel distribution technology provider Travelport Hotelzon has expanded into Holland.

The move, which includes the appointment of a new sales leader based in the country, reinforces Travelport Hotelzon’s ongoing expansion plans following Traveloprt acquiring Hotelzon a year ago.

Sebastiaan van der Kroon, newly appointed local sales manager based in Amsterdam, will have responsibility for Travelport Hotelzon’s sales activity across the country.

He joins from airline technology provider MI Airline where he was global sales executive.

Travelport Hotelzon managing director, Daniel Guillou, said: “Travelport Hotelzon is seeing a major expansion across Europe, and this new entry strengthens the growing sales team that we are establishing.

“We’re investing heavily on our expansion plans and continue to be extremely focused on delivering leading distribution technology in the hotel and corporate travel space.”
