Payment firm eNett appoints chief commercial officer from MoneyGram

Travel payment firm eNett has appointed a new chief commercial officer from money transfer company MoneyGram. Carl-Olav Scheible takes up his role immediately, based in eNett’s London office.

Carl-Olav Scheible takes up his role immediately, based in eNett’s London office.

He will focus on driving business development, sales delivery and customer services across the company.

Scheible has more than 20 years of experience in technology, financial services and payments businesses, having held a number of senior executive positions.

His most recent role was as executive vice president, Europe, Africa and CIS at MoneyGram International, before which he spent eight years at PayPal.

Since launching Virtual Account Numbers (VANs) in 2011, eNett has seen rapid global expansion and has customers in more than 70 countries, using VANs to facilitate supplier payments around the world.
