HotelTonight has formed a new partnership with SiteMinder as it bids to extend its global reach.

HotelTonight has formed a new partnership with SiteMinder as it bids to extend its global reach.

Hoteliers can now distribute their real-time rates and availability to the last-minute booking app via SiteMinder’s Channel Manager and have bookings automatically delivered back to their property management system.

Fig Cakar, SiteMinder’s managing director for the Americas, said: “HotelTonight is a very exciting channel for hotels to sell and fill their rooms, even up to the last minute.

“This is absolutely crucial for hotels to maximise their chances of being booked and ensure they are generating the most revenue possible.”

HotelTonight features 15,000 hotels in more than 500 destinations across the world.

Chief executive Sam Shank, said: “By partnering with SiteMinder we are helping hotels reach the fast-growing number of travellers using mobile devices to book their rooms.

“Our app is an excellent complement to SiteMinder’s pooled inventory offering, which allows hotels to have all of their available rooms online, all day, every day, right up until that last bed is filled.”
