German travel technology specialist Peakwork has moved to a new headquarter three times the size of its original offices as it prepares for continued growth.
The Dusseldorf firm, which works with some of Europe’s leading travel brands including Tui Travel, switched from one side of the Rhine to the other.
It says it new offices will enable it to accommodate growth as it looks to recruit for 50 more positions in the short-term in software developer, IT specialist roles and project managers.
Currently 110 of the firm’s 140 employees are based in Dusseldorf and the company has added 40 members of staff to the headcount in the first half of 2015.
Ralf Usbeck, chief executive of Peakwork, said: “Peakwork stands out because of its extraordinarily motivated and dedicated team.
“A great deal of sweat, blood and energy was now also poured into planning our new headquarters.
“We have created ideal conditions for further company growth. In this place, we can keep on developing top-quality IT solutions for the travel industry with fun and full commitment.”
