New Skiline website ‘converting very well’

Independent ski specialist Skiline claims to have seen a 222% increase in onsite sales since launching a new website last month.

The agency says enquiries from organic search have more than doubled following the launch in mid-July.

Skiline’s new site, developed with digital agency POLARIS, is more user-friendly and generates instant holiday prices from nine third-party travel feeds, including Multicom and Inghams, integrated directly through APIs.

The brand’s key focus is now on increasing the number of sales through non desktop devices. The site has dynamic search functionality on travel dates, chalets and destinations.

Angus Kinloch, managing director of Skiline, said: “The design of the new website they’ve built for us is converting very well and the launch was a success.

“With an improved online experience, we expect online sales to increase through the next season.”

Ron Nayee, director of POLARIS, said: “Skiline asked us to design and develop a website that converts the traffic we drive at a higher rate through improved user experience and journeys.”
