Booking.com strikes Solomon Airlines deal

The Solomon Islands’ national airline has partnered with Booking.com.

The Solomon Islands’ national airline has partnered with Booking.com.

Solomon Airlines customers can now book accommodation at the same time as their flights via the company’s website.

Currently 14 of the islands’ properties are available on Booking.com, with more to be added soon. There are eight in Honiara, four in Gizo and one each in Munda and Buala, ranging from five star hotels to self-catering apartments.

Solomon Airlines’ general manager for operations and commercial, Gus Kraus, said: “This marks a very important step forward for Solomon Airlines and one that further propels both the airline and the destination on the international travel scene.”
