Travel UCD managing director Alex Bainbridge has created a social network for small tour operators and niche travel agents to debate issues relating to e-commerce.


The site, Smallfishbigocean.com, will include a ‘clinic’ section where registered users can ask questions – and get free advice – about ecommerce as well as a general forum area for discussions.


Bainbridge is also looking to create a new topic area each month for users to debate.


The site will also include links to relevant articles and information around the web to help small companies learn more about ecommerce and issues affecting niche operators and agencies.
