Comtec has launched its TravelConnect system offering agents a search and booking tool including a blended search facility.



Top Dog has released its TD-i dynamic packaging technology giving agents access to 180 suppliers including 40 bedbanks.



TravelTainment has developed a dynamic packaging module, DataMix, for travel suppliers. The technology presents dynamically put together holidays alongside traditional packages.



RWA has enhanced its Sell-It technology with a management information tool. The software enables retailers to see a live view of bookings across a number of criteria including date, supplier, market and distribution channel.



Hotels4u has teamed up with Multimap to provide maps, direction details and local information on the bedbank’s website.



Vertical Systems has developed its Athena technology to enable agents to manage dynamic packaging in the back office. The system has also been enhanced with a complaints handling tool and software enabling consumers to log on to their itinerary and payment information.



GoQuo has unveiled its GQTours solution aimed at tour operators.



Rate Tiger has appointed market managers for Italy and France, the UK, Germany and Spain. Sergio Panzera, formerly of Trafalgar Management Services, takes responsibility for Italy and France; Julia Huber, market manager Germany, was previously with the Austrian National Tourist Office and Georgina McLachlan, formerly from Aviance UK, takes over the UK. The market manager for Spain has yet to be announced.
