Digital marketing agency Spannerworks has formally rebranded to iCrossing UK following its takeover by the US search giant last year.


The Brighton-based agency will continue to run its own accounts in the UK, including those for travel sites such as Thomson and Cheapflights, but will take a lead role for iCrossing clients globally on social media.


The UK team is already working closely with the US office on major global travel search accounts for Marriott and STA Travel.


Spannerworks’ chief executive Arjo Ghosh will become CEO of iCrossing UK and the existing UK-based management team will remain unchanged.


Ghosh said a number of “exciting” developments will soon be available to its UK client base including data dashboards for clients which display real-time information on search performance.
