‘Door to door’ travel and expenses management company KDS has updated its Neo booking platform.
KDS Neo, which already allows travellers to plan and book multi-modal door-to-door trips and claim expenses automatically, can now also learn each traveller’s preferences and previous behaviours, to offer personalised itineraries.
Additionally, options from outside of usual global distribution systems (GDSs) can now also be included, while an on-trip companion puts information easy to hand, via Apple Watch.
