Beachcomber Tours is adopting travel technology supplier TigerBay’s full sales and management system which links into Amadeus.
TigerBay completed the integration with Amadeus Web Services earlier in the year and this is now in use with a number of its customers.
Beachcomber marketing manager, Mark Boullé, said: “We went through a very diligent process to find a technology supplier who could provide a system with the flexibility to cater for our specific requirements and size of operation.
“It was also important to us to work with a supplier who understands the intricacies of our tour operating business, one which could offer Amadeus’s GDS integration and has the ability to deliver an online booking engine for the trade down the line.”
