HolidayCheck.com deploys Reputize’s tech to reduce negative reviews

Hotel reputation management company Reputize has become a global tech partner of HolidayCheck.com – a hotel review site integrated by the likes of Trivago.

The companies have launched a service allowing guests to post reviews to HotelCheck directly from devices in their hotel, via Android.

The idea is that if guests are dissatisfied with a service they can let the hotel know about it immediately, before they check out. This way, hotel managers have an opportunity to address issues during a client’s stay, making them less likely to post negative reviews online after they leave.

Ivo Dimitrov, managing director, said: “Reputize developed a proven approach to measuring customer satisfaction, integrating data sets from multiple channels including the in-house feedback platform SurveyOnTablet and QR-engage.

“We are continuously upgrading our services and expanding our global reach through regional partnerships.”

The device is available free to any hotel, with a limited functionality, and the service is also available via email, QR-codes and through Wi-Fi integration.
