Hurtigruten selects d-flo to enhance its customer communications

Norwegian cruise company Hurtigruten has chosen d-flo TravelComms software for its customer communications

The company, which specialises in Arctic and Antarctic voyaging and explorer travel, has selected the software in a bid to enhance the quality of its post-reservation customer communications.

There will be a greater amount of information available, along with a more personalised service and branded customer communications.

Angel Moledo, global reservations manager of Hurtigruten, said: “TravelComms will provide the opportunity to adapt to changing products at a moment’s notice in the global markets and improve the quality of travel documents whether booked via the web or our contact centre.

“We have been impressed by the flexibility of TravelComms and the ease of implementation which will provide great efficiencies for us moving forward.
