Jeff Kays joins Sabre to head up Hospitality Solutions account management

Sabre has appointed Jeff Kays to lead account management for enterprise customers within its Hospitality Solutions business.

Sabre has appointed Jeff Kays to lead account management for enterprise customers within its Hospitality Solutions business.

In his new role Kays will oversee the roll out of the SynXis Property Manager and SynXis Central Reservations systems to Wyndham Hotel Group properties around the world – the group is Sabre’s newest enterprise hotel customer.

The SynXis Enterprise Platform integrates distribution, reservations, property management, retailing and guest experience solutions.

“As we begin to migrate Wyndham properties worldwide to the SynXis Enterprise Platform, Jeff’s expertise and knowledge will guide that critical process as our first step in helping Wyndham achieve unparalleled growth through technology.”

Kays has been with Sabre since 2014 when he joined the company to oversee strategic initiatives in the technology group.

Prior to Sabre, Kays spent 24 years at Accenture, where he held a number of leadership roles within the outsourcing and global business shared services organisations.

Most recently, he was managing director – outsourcing account delivery, with responsibility for leading Accenture’s business process outsourcing services across the products industry for North America.
