Cunard lets agents embed virtual cruise ship tours on their websites

Agents are being given the ability to provide 360 degree virtual tours of the accommodation on Cunard ships on their websites.

Agents are being given the ability to provide 360 degree virtual tours of the accommodation on Cunard ships on their websites.

The high definition data is mobile and tablet-friendly, and is available for agents to host online.

The virtual tours use the latest in camera technology to create high resolution imagery of all grades, including the Queens Grill suite duplexes – some of the largest and most luxurious suites in the industry.

Hosted externally, the line says that the imagery can be applied to websites easily.

Angus Struthers, marketing director of Cunard, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for Cunard to show our future passengers and guests the exceptional standard of accommodation we offer on board our three Queens.

“For travel agents who maybe haven’t been on board a Cunard ship before, this allows them the next best thing when it comes to selling the Cunard experience – all while hosting these exclusive tours on their very own websites.”

Travel consultants wanting to host the virtual tours on their website can follow step by step instructions here.
