The second generation of air fare search firm Vayant’s Repricer automated web service has been unveiled, designed to streamline airline ticket changes, refunds and cancellations.
The new version includes an improved JSON API, claimed to make it easier for airlines to deploy and integrate ticket changes into all their sales channels including web, mobile and kiosk.
The new Vayant Repricer also allows upselling of airline products such as branded fares and ancillaries.
The platform aims to accelerate alterations to ticketing, and automates key aspects of the process including reissue, revalidation, cancellation and refund.
It also allows airlines to offer customers self-service ticket changes. It ensures the highest level of ticket change accuracy and the collection of due revenues. The solution integrates with any airline internet booking engine.
