TTE 2015: Visitors up by over a quarter this year, say show organisers

The number of visitors to this year’s Travel Technology Europe show in London increased by almost a quarter (23%) compared to 2014.

The number of visitors to this year’s Travel Technology Europe show in London increased by almost a quarter (23%) compared to 2014.

More than 5,500 attendees visited the 12th annual two day-event last month, which returned to London Olympia – home of the first event.

Organisers claimed that record numbers of exhibitors have re-booked for the 2016 exhibition, without giving details.

Janie Fox, sales director, said: “The feedback from this year’s show has been overwhelmingly positive from both exhibitors and visitors.

“The speaker sessions and interactive debates and demos were incredibly well received and the new feature, Disrupt, which saw new business start-ups competing in a Dragons Den style contest, was very popular.

“We are thrilled to have secured the strongest rebooking in history and are looking forward to an even bigger and better show in 2016.”
