B2B and B2C International online travel firm Emerging Travel Group has signed a partnership with hotel management company Rotana.
The parent of booking engine RateHawk and brands ZenHotels, and Ostrovok, operates in over 170 source markets. Rotana has a significant presence in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Turkey.
Under the partnership, Rotana will directly connect its properties to the Emerging Travel Group (ETG) inventory and provide access to wholesale prices to all of its properties.
Rotana will be able to access over 35,000 B2B partners connected to ITE’s platform and millions of travellers visiting the group’s consumer-facing sites monthly.
Rotana hotels will be available to ETG’s brands RateHawk, ZenHotels, and Ostrovok through tools developed by global technology provider DerbySoft.
Felix Shpilman, chief executive of ETG, said: “We see growing interest for the Middle East as a leading travel destination on all our platforms, and we believe this trend will continue.
“Rotana hotels enjoy high demand from users of all group’s brands and are among the top 15 most booked chains on both B2B and B2C ETG sites.
“Connecting directly to Rotana allows us to provide clients with a more complete hotel offering, while at the same time enabling the hotel chain to better control its distribution through ETG’s 170 active geographies.”
