E-commerce technology provider Bright North’s feed generation tool Convolo will power Thomas Cook’s affiliate channel, run through Affilinet.

Newly launched Convolo offers unique feed error reporting alongside optimised product feeds to help to increase conversions. The feed technology, together with a new Affiliate Hub, is going live this month ahead of Thomas Cook Airlines’ refreshed fleet launch.

With the implementation of Convolo, Thomas Cook’s thousands of affiliates will get latest information via a bespoke hub hosted by Bright North.

This is designed to enable easier engagement with partners, offering better tools and fewer errors, leading to higher conversion rates.

Thomas Cook and Affilinet will be able to track where the best results are being made more efficiently through the reporting that Convolo offers, as well as those partners who are driving the most revenue.

Helen Atkinson, head of online at Thomas Cook Airlines, said: “We’re looking forward to the growth that Convolo will offer us, and working with a company committed to innovative technology.”

Scott Boocock, co-founder and chief commercial officer at Bright North, said: “This deal with Thomas Cook cements our commitment to making radical changes in the way e-commerce technology is built and implemented, especially for big organisations in the UK today who rely so heavily on their affiliates for revenue.

“Outdated technology in this industry is failing clients; we believe Convolo will revolutionise the way businesses manage and gain financial success from their affiliate networks.”
