New Traveldoo app removes manual entries to quicken expenses process

A new mobile app which claims to “revolutionise” the way business travellers capture, record and submit travel expenses has been developed by Traveldoo.

The app enables business travellers to capture expenses on the go through Geolocation, voice control and digital receipts, eliminating the need for any manual typed entries.

The app, from the travel and expense management platform supplier, stores any expense history and automatically suggests data entries to the user, to ease and speed up the expense management process.

The Geolocation feature identifies the travellers’ location, captures the data and auto fills the expense fields; the checkout process is then completed via voice control or photographs.

Business travellers can continue to use the app to capture expenses and digitise receipts when offline.

The app will be available to corporate customers globally in March on Android, alternative platforms will follow shortly.
