Feefo recognises Able2Travel for outstanding customer feedback

Voyager Insurance Service’s “Able2Travel” insurance brand has received Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation, for outstanding customer services by the Feefo review website.

This is the second year in a row that Voyager Insurance has met Feefo’s customer service assessment and review criteria.

Director, Carl Carter, said: “It is always a pleasure to be able to say ‘Yes!’ to customers and help them arrange travel cover for their medical conditions, especially when they may have previously been turned down by other insurers.”

“In turn, our customers have been saying ‘Yes!’ about Able2Travel with their comments and very positive customer service ratings.”

Customers use Feefo to rate the service they have received and post comments to back up their rating.

As of February 2015, Able2Travel’s customer service rating for the year was 99%.

Carl added: “We are very proud of our caring Customer Service team who work with dedication to assist each customer with their specific travel and pre-existing medical condition insurance needs.
