Bed bank Somewhere2stay.com has given its website a major overhaul to give travel agents more control over their bookings.

The site now has live availability and agents can view all bookings they make on the site, track their sales and print colour hotel vouchers for customers.

“We’ve had a lot of feedback from agents saying they wanted vouchers to give to customers,” said managing director Stuart Jackson.

Further enhancements to the site to enable agents to cancel or amend bookings are expected over the next few months.

The site also allows agents to choose to see prices based on booking somewhere2stay as a principal or as an agent. “Prices default to their preference,” said Jackson.
