Travel social network WAYN.com is looking to further boost its member services following the signing of a content deal with WCities.

WCities will provide online destination guides to over 325 cities worldwide in 70 countries as part of the partnership.

The content includes information on events, attractions, shopping, nightlife and restaurants.

The deal follows a string of high-profile partnerships signed by WAYN in recent months including a offline concierge deal with Apollo Travel and hotel inventory feed from Lastminute.com.

WAYN co-founder and co-chief executive Peter Ward said: “WCities is one of the largest online travel content providers with the ability to translate the content into multiple languages so we’re excited to be working with them.

“By integrating their travel and lifestyle related content into WAYN, our users will get the low down on where to stay and what to do, whilst also being able to add their reviews and ratings and even book tickets for events and activities in advance.”
