Consumer travel news and user generated content site Iloho.com is to launch geo-tagging and social bookmarking tools for users.


The site launched in June 2007 and has already won the praise of a number of influential technology sites for its cutting edge Web 2.0 functionality.


Iloho users will be able to use an interactive map to locate news stories or blogs from users by region and country.


The bookmarking tool has been developed to allow travellers and bloggers to save travel-related content from elsewhere on the web into the Iloho system.


Iloho.com vice-president of product and marketing Vinnie Pepi said: “We’ve been working extremely hard to make Iloho as compelling and rewarding for travellers as possible and believe that the launch of our new profile, social bookmarking and geo-location functions will do just that.
