Cendyn acquires hotels revenue and profit optimisation platform Rainmaker

The Rainmaker Group has been acquired by cloud-based software and services provider for the travel and hospitality industry, Cendyn.

The Rainmaker Group is a leading revenue and profit optimization platform for hotels, resorts and casinos. Cendyn will now integrate the group’s solutions to drive performance by aligning operations, marketing, sales and revenue.

As part of the acquisition, Rainmaker co-founder, Tammy Farley will move into a board member role.

The companies will enable hotels, resorts and casinos worldwide to work with one partner to benefit their performance through an integrated process.
