Online travel agent training platform OTT has agreed a deal that will see it share courses from leading brands on aviation body Iata’s new AgentExperience app.

The partnership will see OTT’s US courses available to travel professionals on the new platform.

AgentExperience is open to all agents in possession of one of the association’s Iata/IATAN digital ID cards.

The card gives holders access to thousands of promotional experiences from global travel suppliers including flights, hotel stays, cruises and fam trips, accessible via their desktop or mobile app.

OTT’s partnership with Iata builds a relationship between the airline association and the online training course provider spanning a decade.

OTT already resells more than 25 Iata courses within its platform. The partnership will see an initial 12 OTT US courses featured on the Iata AgentExperience platform.

Travel professionals will be able to learn more about brands include Emirates, Fred Olsen, Norwegian and Star Alliance Canada through the free to access interactive courses.

OTT managing director Julia Feuell said: “We are very excited to build on our long-standing business partnership with Iata.
