Richard Prosser named as chairman of loveholidays

Industry veteran Richard Prosser is joining fast-growing OTA loveholidays as chairman.

He brings almost 40 years of experience in travel including top jobs at First Choice and Tui Travel.

Prosser has taken various roles as chairman to private equity-backed businesses since 2010 including Audley Travel.

The appointment at the UK’s sixth largest travel agency follows mid-market private equity investor Livingbridge investing in loveholidays in May.

Loveholidays chief executive Alex Francis said: “We are delighted to welcome Richard as chairman to loveholidays board.

“He has significant experience in the travel industry and with high growth digital companies, which will be key to developing our brand as a leading company of choice for both UK and international holidaymakers.”
