Tailor made travel specialist Hayes & Jarvis is enabling its customers to communicate directly with its destination specialists via Apple Business Chat.
The operator hopes to improve engagement with clients using the Messages app on iPhone and iPad devices.

Hayes & Jarvis said Apple Business Chat will provide customers with a new method to effortlessly communicate with its team.
To start Apple Business Chat, customers can click the ‘Chat with Messages’ button on the footer of the Hayes & Jarvis website when using an Apple mobile device. A conversation with a live Hayes & Jarvis Destination Specialist will open instantly in the Messages app.
Apple Business Chat is available in beta for users and businesses around the world, and is built into iOS 11.3 and higher.
