Cardiff-based travel technology developer Inspiretec will launch the latest version of its Holistic Customer Relationships Management system at next month’s World Travel Market.
The updated system includes a revamped user interface and further integrations to enhance the single view of the customer to help clients optimise conversions.

Inspiretec will be exhibiting on stand TT730 in the new Travel Forward technology section of the trade show that takes place on November 5-7 at Excel in London.
Last year Inspiretec unveiled its new umbrella brand after merging five separate companies merged to form a go-to technology provider for travel businesses.
With the product set and collaboration harmonised, Inspiretec says it has strengthened the way the former companies’ offerings come together to provide a tailored solution for customers.
Inspiretec will also publish a new whitepaper a WTM focused on how to improve the customer experience throughout the search, cost, book journey.
