Billian launches new travel website design division

Blackburn-based technology company Billian IT Solutions has launched a division specialising in web design for travel firms.

Design for Travel offers a bespoke web design service providing a range of pre-built website themes from which travel companies can pick and mix individual elements to create a website that meets their business objectives.

Billian said Design for Travel fills a gap in the market. Victoria Jones, director of sales and marketing at Billian, said:

“there are thousands of companies that sell low-priced templates on the web, but none of them offer any kind of support or aftercare.

“The travel market is our sole focus and we have a fantastic track record when it comes to customer service.”

Billian said it opted to launch Design for Travel as a separate entity to highlights its existing web design expertise.

Design for Travel’s websites are fully-responsive across devices of all screen sizes and come with basic optimisation tools, such as social media links, SEO by Yoast, Google Analytics and Google AdWords.

Third Party systems, and booking engines from Billian’s own range, can also be implemented by its in-house development team.
