The corporate travel arm of Laterooms.com has launched a new way for its clients to pay for their accommodation.
LateRooms.com Business has partnered with Diners Club to create what it describes as a convenient and cost effective new payment facility.
The LateRooms.com Business Statement Account offers quicker, simpler payments and a 5% cash-back for customers on their first three months of business. It will be available from September 2018.
The facility offers a single online way to book and pay, with a monthly statement and up to 52 days interest free credit on bookings.
In addition, travellers are offered express hotel check-in with no company credit cards required, which Laterooms said provides greater fraud prevention and convenience.
All transactions can be viewed online and the online agent claimed the “hassle of processing expense claims can be a thing of the past, saving time and costs”.
