Dolphin Dynamics reservation tech deployed by Stoke Newington Travel

Family-run Caribbean holiday specialist Stoke Newington Travel has adopted Dolphin Dynamic’s reservation module to create enquiries and bookings.

The company has also deployed Dolphin’s product database to load and selling components contracted direct with suppliers.

Both are being integrated into a bookable website via Dolphn’s Res API to support online distribution.

The independent travel company had been using Dolphin’s back office module to manage bookings and generate documents and business reports for years.

It then decided to adopt the technology company’s reservation module and product database as well to automate business processes even further.

Stoke Newington Travel head of marketing, Andrea Crome, said: “We switched to Dolphin Dynamics to streamline processes within the company and to better integrate with third parties.

“Since the switch we have seen faster search results and Dolphin’s open API means we can create custom integrations with other third parties where necessary.”

Dolphin managing director, Chuck Richardson, added: “We have helped SN Travel with robust back office operations for years now. I am delighted they have chosen to extend their relationship with us to include improving their sales processes as well.”
