Short-term property management software firm Guesty has released a new native mobile application.
The new cloud-based property management solution app allows users to view reservation data and manage all communication with field staff and guests directly from their mobile phone.
It joins Guesty’s suite of software products developed to cover all needs of professional property management companies including channel management, automated messaging, reporting and payments.
Guesty also allows property management companies to integrate with online booking channels including Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com, HomeAway and Agoda.

In a recent survey of property managers conducted by Guesty, nine in ten vacation and short-term rental managers believe that timely communications with guests have a positive impact on reviews.
Eight in ten vacation rental managers (82%) felt that timely responses help them secure a reservation.
