Predictive travel industry marketing solutions provider Boxever is to power the personalisation for the web, mobile app, and email channels of Greek OTA Travelplanet24/Tripsta.
Athens-based Travelplanet24/Tripsta, which claims annual turnover of EUR 250 million, gains the ability to create a single 360-degree view of all of its website visitors and customers, using information from typically disparate databases.
The solution’s insights and analytics then drive the personalisation of each customer’s individual experience – from the web site through email, according to Dublin-based Boxever.
