Premier Inn chooses Amadeus’s hospitality tech for digital transformation

Premier Inn, is to use  Amadeus’ combined Central Reservation System and Property Management System across its 765 properties.

The Whitbread Group-owned chain says the technologies will offer it a 360 degree view of its properties and guests around the world.

Whitbread selected Amadeus’ hospitality platform because it can be seamlessly integrated into Premier Inn’s system.

Premier Inn will also be able to use Amadeus’ capabilities as a foundation for its digital marketing transformation.
