Infinity & Beyond Travel and luxury travel firm Full Circle are to use the software firm Dolphin Dynamics’ CRM system to maintain a customer base and keep a centralised record of enquiries and bookings.
They will also use it to capture external emails and store them in a central place.
The Dolphin system will help Infinity & Beyond Travel communicate with clients, target them with personalised offers through email marketing campaigns and provide a personalised customer service.
Oxfordshire-based independent travel company Full Circle will be able to use the system to segment its client database by spend, past travel patterns and preferences.
