Travel technology specialist Comtec has unveiled two new members to its senior management team.
As new business sales director, Howard Frost will be responsible for raising the South Wales-based company’s presence overseas.
Comtec has attracted interest and signed a number of deals with travel companies in the US and in France.
Frost was most previously sales and marketing director at technology supplier Open Destinations. He has also held senior positions at Anite and Travelink, prior to its purchase by Comtec.
Matt Wakerley has joined Comtec as financial director from telecom software house Apertio, replacing Ceri Jones who has left the company.
Comtec chief executive Simon Powell said: “We’re delighted that Howard and Matt have joined the team and look forward to the contributions that their leadership and experience will bring.
“As we develop new markets, this is a very exciting time in our company’s development. It is vital therefore that we add management talent to our senior team in order support our growth plans”.
