Nearly two thirds of Titan customers have sent the escorted tours specialist details of their experiences since the operator partnered with user generated content site Reevoo.
Titan Travel went live with Reevoo last year and has been working with it since 2012 to help increase conversion and trust in its brand through ratings and reviews.
Since then, Titan has seen a 34.4% uplift in time spent onsite, a 43.7% average increase of time spent on continental pages and a 8% average increase of time spent on package holiday pages.
Of the 65% of customers who sent in their experiences, 16% sent images as well.
Reevoo’s Experiences product is designed to collate inspiring and emotional content, with the aim of motivating potential customers and help companies like Titan turn their customers into brand advocates.
After defining Titan’s brand values, Reevoo asked Titan to collect theme of ‘the moments that make a holiday’ – whether it was meeting locals, watching sun sets or relaxing by the sea.
